Hip Pain/Injuries
The hip joint is a ball and socket joint, which means it has different planes of movements, it is a weight- bearing joint and helps us to move and bend and do a variety of movements.
Since it is a weight- bearing joint, it suffers from wear and tear more than other joints in the body, and it is prone to certain injuries.
Pain in the hip joint can have many possible causes, from sport injuries, Osteoarthritis, referred pain from the pelvic or back, sciatica nerve irritation.
