Pregnancy can be one of the most important moments for a woman's life, joy and excitement but it also comes with unwanted changes in the women's body as it changes to adapt to the development of the unborn baby.
During prenatal stage, the body has been set up to undergo hormonal changes throughout the body, from changes in circulatory, respiratory, digestive, to changes in the framework of the female body.
Ligaments become lax preparing for the body to be able to deliver the unborn baby, Increasing pressure on internal organs accommodating for the growing fetus , and increasing pressure on the vertebral spine, pelvis, Cocccyx or Tailbone ,hip joints, neck and upper back discomfort.
